Would you believe that each year more than 35,000 people are fed from this kitchen? It's true! That's the rough average number of people who are served a meal through the Hotel Boulderado Banquets department, and the vast majority of those meals are prepped right here, in our catering kitchen.

Sometimes when I'm in the fridge or freezer I'm reminded of all the food in the kitchen of the hotel featured in The Shining.
